How does Eloping in Paris Work?
Whether it will be just the two of you, or you are bringing a few beloved friends or family members, eloping in Paris with a symbolic or religious ceremony will mark the beginning of your journey in unique and memorable way. By selecting special readings, crafting traditional, modern or originally written vows, exchanging rings, and forming the ceremony together, Rev. Wahila will help you design a ceremony that is a reflection of who you are together. With the aide of Rev. Wahila you will fashion together a ceremony that you will treasure for your lifetime together.
Elopement ceremonies are only performed in France once a couple is legally married. Elopements officiated by Rev. Wahila have significant spiritual significance but no legal status. Before officiating your symbolic ceremony, you must provide Rev. Wahila with a copy of your legal marriage certificate.

La Petite Parisienne
Officiant Package | Starting at €500
Elopements for 2 People (up to 5 if including children)
A beautifully intimate experience for those seeking a picture-perfect moment in Paris. Perfect for couples who wish to experience a traditional Anglophone wedding ceremony in the City of Light.
This package is available on a limited basis. Ceremony times are typically scheduled in collaboration with me and the photographer and are often set for early morning (such as at sunrise) or during other off-peak times to ensure a quiet, intimate atmosphere away from the crowds.
Typically held in a public location, this package offers a selection of stunning Parisian backdrops, such as gardens, the Seine River, or one of Paris’ iconic bridges.
Ceremony Length: Your ceremony will be simple, meaningful, and memorable, with a duration of about 15-20 minutes.

The Parisian Chic
Officiant Package | Starting at €750
Elopements for Small Groups (3-9 people)
Ideal for intimate elopement celebrations in Paris. If you’re exchanging vows with a few close family members and friends, or interested in ceremony additions like handfasting or a communion, Michelle will craft a personalized, meaningful ceremony that captures the essence of your love.
While this package does not include full planning services, Michelle will assist with vendor referrals (including wedding planners and photographers) using her exclusive list of trusted professionals.
Ceremony length: Approximately 20-30 minutes (Or 45 minutes with Communion, handfasting, or another ritual, available upon request).

The Parisian Couture
Officiant Package | Starting at €1500
Deluxe Elopements for Extra Personalization or Larger Guest Lists
Designed for those celebrating with a larger group or planning an unforgettable ceremony in a private location, the Parisian Couture package is perfect for couples who want a beautifully personalized ceremony that reflects their unique love story. Michelle will guide you through every step, ensuring your ceremony is memorable and heartfelt.
This package offers more flexibility with location options and is ideal for couples seeking a blend of creativity and elegance with a larger or destination celebration.
Ceremony Length: Approximately 20-30 minutes (45 minutes with Communion).

Securing Your Date:
Once we’ve figured out details, we’ll get you a contract and invoice to confirm everything. Both a signed contract and a non-refundable 50% retainer fee is required to secure your date.
